Welcome to Secure Chat App (the "Application"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the application, services, and website provided by your-guide ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

1. Description of Service

Secure Chat App is a secure communication platform providing real-time messaging with end-to-end encryption (E2EE). The service allows users to send messages, share media, and participate in group conversations.

2. User Accounts and Security

Account Creation: You must provide accurate information, including a valid email address and username.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and your private encryption keys. We do not have access to your private keys or your plain-text messages. If you lose your private key, your messages cannot be recovered.

Identity: You agree not to impersonate others or provide misleading information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Harassment, bullying, or stalking other users.

Distributing illegal, obscene, or defamatory content.

Attempting to circumvent the Application's security features.

Sending unsolicited "spam" or promotional content.

Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the Application.

4. End-to-End Encryption (E2EE)

Messages sent through Secure Chat App are encrypted on your device and can only be decrypted by the intended recipient. You acknowledge that:

We cannot read your messages or provide them to third parties.

Lost private keys result in permanent loss of access to encrypted message history.

5. User Content

Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you send through the Application.

License: By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to transmit and store your encrypted data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Moderation and Reporting

The Application includes features to report users or content that violates these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies or the law.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, your-guide SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the Application. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Public Keys**: To facilitate end-to-end encryption, the Application generates cryptographic keys on your device. We store your **public key** on our servers so others can send you encrypted messages. Your **private key is stored only on your device and is never sent to us.

b. Communication Data

Encrypted Messages**: Messages, media, and attachments are encrypted on your device and stored in their encrypted form on our servers. **We cannot read your messages.

Metadata: We may store minimal metadata required for routing messages, such as timestamps and message delivery status.

c. Automated Collection

Device Information: We may collect technical information about your device, such as model, operating system, and IP address, to ensure service stability and security.

Usage Statistics: We may collect anonymous usage data to improve application performance.

2. How We Use Information
